Princess Ballet is an outreach out of Heritage Fellowship that offers FREE ballet classes and Bible studies each week to girls in the Northern Kentucky area aged 5-18.  Leveled ballet classes are held every Thursday evening where children enjoy lessons that include  instruction on technique, choreography, and performance. Each weekly session also includes an age-appropriate Bible study focusing on developing faith and spiritual life.  The year ends in May with a beautiful performance at Heritage Fellowship where participants are able to showcase their dedication and effort for family and friends.

Who is Princess Ballet for?  ANY girl age 5-18.  There are girls from our English, Hispanic and Congolese congregations, and also from the community at large.  While everyone is welcome, our goal is to attract those that otherwise would not be able to afford ballet classes at another studio or for those needing a supportive group of friends.

New Class  Starting this year, we our offering an encouraging Bible studies for our Princess Mothers every third Thursday of the month. Our heart is to provide an encouraging community to support our families' growth in their relationship with God.

Daisies, Marigolds, and Azaleas

Our Azalea princesses have access to four Saturday leadership classes held throughout the year. These classes provide instruction on writing choreography, leading and teaching ballet classes, and facilitating Bible studies.

Students are then given the opportunity to model what they have learned by taking turns teaching in the TigerLilies class and helping write the choreography for the TigerLilies’ recital. Our heart is to nurture and grow "our" girls by giving them opportunities to practice skills that will serve them throughout life. 

Natalie Weaver became the site director in 2019 and wears many hats, filling in wherever needed. That includes substitute teaching classes and leading Bible studies for the girls. She began dancing when she was five years old and dance has always been a passion that helped her grow in strength and confidence. It has also one of the ways that she learned to worship and grow in her relationship with God.

She graduated from NKU with  teaching degree and is a certified middle school teacher. Over the years she has taught and enjoyed working wiht children in various capacities.  In addition to a life-long study of different styles of dance, ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern, and winter guard, Natalie also has experience coaching various teams.
 
Natalie met her husband at Heritage  Fellowship and they have four children. Her two daughters love dancing together in Princesses. It is her joy to be able to share her love of Jesus and dancing with girls in her home church here at Heritage Fellowship.
